They are supposed to have some of the best coffee in the world but they invariably serve it with uht milk. Even expensive, touristy areas without fail do not have fresh milk. It’s widely available, but it must be due to the cost. Weirdly, I cannot find anything online where others have noticed or commented on this. Sadly, I am sticking to my starbucks as they use fresh milk even though I would prefer to frequent independents as I simply cannot handle a delicious cappuccino made with long life milk.
